Berkshire Family Mediation

Family mediation is what we do, day in, day out.

  • All our mediators are professionally accredited and work to the highest professional standards, as set out by the Family Mediation Council and Legal Aid Agency contract.
  • As a not-for-profit service serving our local communities and beyond, we strive to be transparent, affordable, and trustworthy in all that we say and do.
  • We are open to all, with no barriers to access. We offer meetings in person and via video link.
  • We offer free mediation for clients who qualify for Legal Aid funding.
  • For privately funded clients, we aim to keep our fees fair and competitive. We are committed to helping people minimise their costs while still offering meetings in person where this is your preference.

Family Mediation Voucher Scheme

All our mediators are signed up to the Family Mediation Voucher Scheme funded by the Ministry of Justice and administered by the Family Mediation Council.
Family Mediation Vouchers are worth £500 per family for joint mediation meetings about child issues.
Please ask your mediator for details.
